Cancellation Policy
Participant Eligibility This is a hands-on, in-person course that may involve physical movement, interaction with dogs, and real-world scenarios. Participants must be physically and mentally capable of safely participating in the course activities. By registering, you confirm that you are able-bodied and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk Working with dogs—especially in defensive or emergency contexts—carries inherent risks. By attending, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own safety and actions during the course. Baja K9 School and its instructors are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from participant actions, negligence, or failure to follow instructions. Conduct & Safety Expectations Participants must follow all instructor directions at all times. Unsafe behavior, failure to comply with instructions, or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the class without refund. No aggressive behavior toward people or animals will be tolerated. Arrival & Attendance Participants are required to arrive on time. Late arrivals may be denied entry if instruction or safety briefings have already begun. Missed time due to lateness will not be made up or refunded. Payments & Refund Policy All payments are non-refundable, under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to: Cancellations, No-shows, Late arrivals, Illness or personal emergencies Registration is transferable only if approved in advance by Baja K9 School. Weather & Schedule Changes Classes may proceed in various weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the instructor. Baja K9 School reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances. Agreement By registering for this class, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies. Participation constitutes acceptance of all terms listed above.
