Baja Canine School Policies
LIABILITY WAIVER

Clients acknowledge that working with aggressive or reactive dogs carries inherent risks. The trainer is not responsible for any injury, damage, or incident caused by the client's dog during or after training sessions. Clients are fully liable for their dog’s actions.
SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Clients must ensure their dog is secured (e.g., leashed, crated, or in a controlled area) when the trainer arrives. Dogs are NOT be allowed to rush the trainer upon arrival or approach without instruction. Failure to adhere to this will result in your dog being treated as a threat to personal safety and the appointment being immediately canceled with payment due in full. THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS NON NEGOTIABLE MATTER
TRAINING METHODS AND TOOLS

Clients agree to trust and follow the trainer's recommended methods and tools to ensure the best outcome for their dog. Consistency is key, and failure to follow these methods may impact progress or result in programs being canceled without refund as it is unfair to your dog to not deliver the consistency they need to improve.
HOMEWORK AND COMITTMENT

Clients agree to complete all assigned training exercises between sessions. Progress depends heavily on follow-through and consistency outside of scheduled lessons.
PAYMENTS

Payment must be made on time, as agreed upon during booking. Failure to make timely payments may result in session delays or cancellations. Payments are due at time of booking. Entire program is to be scheduled at time of booking. NON REFUNDABLE ONCE COMMENCED. If clients continuously cancel their scheduled times, the responsibility is on the client to reach out to reschedule. Times requested may not be available. Multiple client cancellations will result in programs being canceled and ZERO refunds being issued. If client wishes to continue with lessons a reinstatement fee must be paid in full, in order to continue.
CLIENT CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Missed sessions without appropriate notice will be forfeited, as that time was reserved for you and cannot be filled with another client. Multiple cancellations will result in a forfeiture of the entire program with NO REFUNDS being given. ALL PROGRAMS EXPIRE WITHIN 90 DAYS OF LAST LESSON ATTENDED. In order to continue, a reinstatement fee will be charged. All programs are non refundable once started.
CLIENT'S COOPERATION

Clients must be present and actively participate in each training session unless otherwise agreed. Success depends on both the trainer's guidance and the owner's involvement.
TRAINER'S RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

The trainer reserves the right to discontinue services if the client repeatedly fails to follow safety protocols, demonstrates unwillingness to adhere to training methods, or behaves disrespectfully or fails to give proper 24 hour notification of their need to reschedule

RESULTS DISCLAIMER

While every effort will be made to achieve desired results, behavior modification is not guaranteed. Progress depends on factors such as the dog's history, temperament, and the owner's consistency.
