Está certificada en Primeros Auxilios para Animales y cuenta con más de 25 años de experiencia en obediencia, modificación de conducta, crianza de cachorros, perros de servicio, perros de trabajo y adiestramiento de perros deportivos. Ha viajado por Norteamérica entrenando, aprendiendo y mejorando constantemente sus habilidades y conocimientos. Janet trabaja personalmente con perros y dueños para brindarles apoyo completo y explicarles todo el proceso necesario para conseguir el mejor perro posible.

Janet gave us a better quality of life with our dogs. It wasn't so much about training our dog but training us to better understand our dog. We talk too much, think too much and react too much. We just wanted to share our experience we had training with Janet at WaterdogsK9. We enrolled in private training for our new puppy, Arrow, a black Labrador Retriever. All we can say is that it was the best decision we’ve made to date for him. The knowledge, advice, and encouragement we received from Janet was invaluable. She was simply a game-changer for us. There were so many “a-ha” lightbulb moments at each session, it was truly amazing to see our puppy transform right in front of our eyes with Janet there to guide us. There are so many conflicting methods and information online and with other trainers, so it can be overwhelming, but with Janet, she was spot-on every time. In our opinion, one hour in a room with her is equivalent to a several weeks of group training elsewhere, and even then, it doesn't compare. Thank you, Janet for helping us build a solid foundation for Arrow. He still has so much to learn, but he is where he is because of you. You are simply the best!

My beautiful Kali is a wonderful 7 year old dog, but she's shown aggression to other dogs. Then last fall she chased a squirrel in the woods while we were walking and travelled several miles before someone found her and called the phone number on her tag. I knew I had to do something. After several months of training under Janet's tutelage I now have a dog who recalls immediately and who I can absolutely control around other dogs. I can't thank Waterdogs enough and would recommend Janet in a heartbeat. She's made my life with Kali really enjoyable whether we're at home or we're out.

I cannot say enough about Janet and her K9 Waterdogs team! We rescued a 7ish year old GSD about a year ago now - who had a lot of old hard to change habits. With the help of Janet we are better educated and equipped to help him so he can continue to enjoy his life more as a calm, well mannered, dork of all dorks.
We also feel so much comfort knowing that when boarding him at “dog camp” he is in their safe trustworthy care - and I know he has the best time there as he starts warbling with excitement at the mere suggestion of driving near or around any previous drop off location. 1000% recommend !
